I have found Paul and his Tamarack team to be very professional and always open to communication during the building of our home. In the construction process, there are always issues that arise. Whether due to a conflict with the architectural drawings not being able to flow with the actual construction of the home or design changes on the fly, Tamarack worked and rolled with us. The attention to finish detail on our project was always addressed high above the standard expected. Paul kept us informed of the changes required during the building process and was always willing to throw out ideas and suggestions to enhance the home during this work.

Tamarack was professional, honest, and diligent while building. The SIPs program and Tamarack Construction are such a successful combination; we recommend them to everyone! We will only use Tamarack Construction and SIPs when we build again.
Having gone through the process of having a house built before and not particularly enjoying that experience, I must say that it was a real pleasure working with all the people at Tamarack. Working with Tamarack’s in-house designer, Mike Nichols, was especially enjoyable and I found him most cooperative and knowledgeable and willing to put in that extra effort to ensure all went well. Project Manager Bill Burnett has been most helpful in quickly and professionally seeing to the few concerns that have arisen after completion. And with Paul Wilson, my contact with him was better than my expectations. The perception of quality is nothing more than meeting or exceeding expectations. As far as the work performed by the sub contractors, I believe they did a quality job. The craftsmanship and materials were top shelf, and I am completely satisfied with the whole process.

Our construction job was unique in that the roof had to be replaced while the homeowner lived inside.
